  • This is a very common question. The answer is not as straight forward as a set price per tree that we can provide over the phone as there are a lot of variables that affect the time and therefore the cost to remove a tree. The size of the tree, location, risk, level of cleanup are factors that need to be determined to provide an accurate quote. For more information please read our blog post on Tree Removal Costs.

  • It is important to carefully review the details when it comes to the level of service you can expect with any given quote. Consider whether the company you are hiring has the right experience, proper insurance, credentials, equipment and expertise to provide a top quality safe service. Often significantly lower prices may be provided by cutting corners on liability, insurance, training etc. We aim to provide detailed, firm quotes that offer fair pricing to match the superior quality of service we offer. We have properly trained and certified staff, the best equipment and insurance to ensure a safe and successful outcome for our customers. As with all trades if you look hard enough someone will almost always offer it for cheaper- BUYER BE WARE. We do not advertise that we are the cheapest. If they have specific time frame requirements this should be discussed during the quoting process.

  • This largely depends on the species and objectives for pruning. While often fruit trees may require annual maintenance, mature ornamental shade trees may only require pruning every 5-7 years. One of our Certified Arborists can tailor a maintenance prescription for your trees to best keep them healthy and safe.

  • This is a question best answered by booking a site visit with one of our Certified Arborists. We do charge a consultation fee for an arborist representative to visit your property and provide a diagnosis and recommendations.

  • We require neighbor permission in writing prior to providing any work on a tree that originates from their yard. Communicating and making sure everyone is on board with the prescribed work is just a neighborly thing to do…

  • Most definitely if you have hired our team to provide service we can have the crew leave wood chips onsite at your request.

We do not sell wood chips.

We do keep a running list of properties looking to have loads dropped but DO NOT offer any guarantees on time, quantity or quality of loads. In order to be on the list we need the address and location to dump accessible by a large dump truck. We can not arrange prior notice as crews need to dump during the course of our production days and to keep moving. The trickier you make it, the less chance we will be able to drop a load.
